Workbench Selects & Seconds is where our one-of-a-kind leather wallets live. Each piece is hand-stitched in Austin, Texas from full-grain Italian veg-tanned leather and listed individually, so the wallet you see in the photos is the exact wallet you’ll receive.

Workbench Selects are unique pieces that meet our usual quality standards, but feature a leather combination, natural marking, test design, or other detail we won’t be reproducing.

Workbench Seconds are fully functional Espacio wallets that didn’t meet our usual cosmetic finish standard. A Second may have a small mis-cut, stitching quirk, hardware impression, existing branding, or another disclosed imperfection. We clearly note the specific issue on each listing so you know exactly what makes it a Second.

Natural scars, grain variation, and other characteristics of full-grain leather are part of the material, not defects. Every Workbench piece is made for everyday carry, designed to age beautifully, and available only once.
